Orders placed by noon on Friday are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.

Beef is packed with dry ice and shipped via UPS with the buyer's choice of 2nd Day Air or Ground. Items may arrive slightly thawed do to shipping delays and weather. Refrigerate or freeze your beef immediately upon arrival.

**Ground shipping may arrive thawed at buyers risk** We are happy to ship with ground, but want to be upfront that with the longer shipping time, there is a risk that it may arrive thawed or partially thawed. This won't be a shipping option during the hot summer months.
