Shipping
We ship via UPS & USPS. All orders that contain frozen beef ship on Mondays and should arrive by Friday. They are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice. Due to variations in weather & climate some thawing may occur. Please be ready to place your order in the freezer upon arrival. Non frozen items ship on Mondays as well.
At checkout you can choose USP GROUND or 2nd Day Air- If you choose GROUND you assume the risk of your package arriving thawed. We will NOT reship at our expense if there is a delivery delay.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied for any reason (except ground shipping delays), please let us know within 7 days of purchase for an in store credit to be issued.
We will NOT issue credit if you choose GROUND shipping and your product doesn't arrive frozen.
